Caring for Your Ceramics

While these pieces are crafted with durability in mind, it's important to handle them with care. Handmade pottery can be delicate, and while we strive for longevity, Kohi cannot assume responsibility for any future breakages.

Rest assured that all the glazes and clay used in our ceramics are safe for both food and drinks. While each piece is designed to be dishwasher and microwave safe, we recommend opting for gentle, nonabrasive hand washing. This helps prevent any potential stress to the piece caused by sudden changes in temperature.

Should you have any further questions or concerns regarding the care of your ceramics, please don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime.

Caring for Your Earrings

While polymer clay will not break if dropped, it can break if you bend the parts and it may get scratched if not stored properly. Makeup and dirt can be cleaned with soap and water, or using cotton with alcohol or acetone. If using alcohol or acetone, rub gently and be careful not to remove colors and patterns.

We use niobium and titanium findings, both metals are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Returns

All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Due to the handmade nature of my work each piece can have little imperfections such as slight color, texture, and pattern variations. These variations show the artist's hand, and make each work truly one-of-a-kind. Although we take great care in packaging, should any damage occur during shipping please photograph and contact us within 3 days and we'll collaborate on a solution.
